Ethiopian Harrar
Harrars are wild coffees. What\'s a wild coffee, you ask? The term is a fancy name for dry process or natural coffee where the coffee fruit dries on the bean, imparting the flavors of compote fruit and dark rich chocolate. Harrars are this and more! You will taste blueberry jam, cocoa, and maybe even a touch of cinnamon and cardamom in these amazing coffees.
Nicaraguan Matagalpa Jinotega
is underrated. It possesses great body and balance. The richness of this coffee is surprising!
Sumatra Gayo Mountain
is an earthy, deep, complex, full-bodied coffee that exhibits low-acidity smoothness and a touch of forest floor funk. That's a good thing.
Mexican Altura
is known for being light to medium in body with mild acidity and good balance. You might find that you can taste mild hints of hazelnut when it is properly brewed.
Also available in decaf! Decaffeinated using a chemical-free, water process. The end result is a pretty rich coffee. Not bad for a decaf.
Brasil Mogiana Serra Negra
is soft, nutty, low acid coffee with nice bittersweet chocolate tastes. The coffee is laid out to sun dry with the cherry on. This imparts a rich dry fruit flavor onto the coffee bean, and adds to the body of the cup!
Johnnie Blend Fair Trade Organic
The same dark richness of our regular Johnnie Blend, but organic and Certified Fair Trade!
Bennie Blend Fair Trade Organic
Sweet and chocolatey, but not a flavored coffee. Certified Fair Trade and organic!
